Who is The Bee App for?

How do drivers send paperwork?

In the free mobile app (Android and iOS) the driver scans the POD and other documents with the phone camera. You review them next to the Rate Confirmation and approve or reject.

Can I upload a Rate Confirmation and skip typing?

Yes. Upload the Rate Confirmation PDF and the load is created with the stops, dates, miles and rate filled in for you to review.

How are drivers paid?

Per load, per mile, salary or dispatcher commission. Expenses, bonuses and recurring deductions are added to the pay stub, and you choose what is paid now in Review & Pay.

Does it track my drivers?

Yes. The Map shows where each driver is, battery level, last report time and the route taken, based on the driver's phone location while a load is active.

Is my data safe?

All traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and every company's data is isolated from the others.
